Mission and Objectives: SCAR-MarBIN main mission is to link, integrate and disseminate all information relevant to Antarctic Marine Biodiversity on a single webportal. SCAR-MarBIN will harvest Southern Ocean data and stimulate databasing of a wide variety of resources scattered worldwide, making them available through the OBIS datastream.
