OBIS-TechTT Membership.

The OBIS Technical Task Team (OBIS-TechTT) was established at the 1st OBIS Steering group meeting in 2011, previously called the OBIS Development Consortium. The OBIS-TechTT is composed of those institutions that provide in-kind (technical/infrastructure) support to OBIS.
